When you browse this website you do so anonymously. We do not collect personal or business information on website visitors through the use of “cookies” unless it is voluntarily provided.

On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all Pharmaco Medical + Emergency products purchased on-line via this website. By purchasing products on-line you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you hold an account with us, these terms and conditions are subject to the terms and conditions (if any) applicable to your account and in the event of conflict the terms and conditions applicable to your account shall apply.
Restrictions
Orders can only be placed with us by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18. We only supply products to customers within New Zealand. Regrettably orders placed from other countries cannot be actioned at this time.
Use of Products
Many of the products presented on this website are available for sale to and for use by trained professionals in the fields of medicine, health and science only. Prior to using any medical device or medical diagnostic product the user must have read and understood the instructions for use that accompany the device or product and be trained in its use.
Pricing
All prices shown on this website are represented in New Zealand currency (NZD) and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST) which is currently set at 15% of the price of all products. All prices are correct at the time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.
Payment
We use the secure hosted payment page solution from Payment Express to process on-line orders. Once processed, credit card details are not retained.
Shipping and delivery
For items in stock at the time of order, dispatch will be made within two working days of receipt of an order. For items not in stock at the time of order we will provide an expected dispatch date from our premises as soon as this information is available.
All products will be shipped from our distribution centre via courier. As products differ in shape and size and freight costs will vary. If you would like to know the freight cost, please contact Pharmaco Medical + Emergency on 0508 414 564 or via email emergencycare@pharmaco.co.nz ahead of finalising your order. However, we reserve the right to alter shipping prices for any reason at any time.
Please ensure that you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. A physical street address is required and PO Box or Private Bag numbers are not acceptable. If you have any special delivery instructions please advise when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders that go missing if the address details you have provided to us are incorrect. If you supply us with a false address we will not ship the products. If you fail to supply a valid address after 7 days we will cancel your order.
Orders received on a day which is not an ordinary working day (i.e. a Saturday, Sunday or pubic holiday) will be processed on the following working day.
All orders are given a tracking number so that we can identify where the products are if there is a delay in receipt of goods.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time but we will do everything we can to get your products to you in a timely fashion. Delivery may take up to 5 working days, depending on your location. Items may take longer to get to you during busy periods and public holidays. If you do not receive your purchase within 5 working days please contact Customer Services on 0508 414 564 or email emergencycare@pharmaco.co.nz.
If you are not at the delivery address to receive your courier, a card will be left so you can pick up the products from the location specified on the card.
Returns
We will make every effort to ensure that the right products reach you and in good condition. If for any reason you experience a problem with your order please contact Pharmaco Medical + Emergency Customer Services on 0508 414 564 or email MedicalEmergency@pharmaco.co.nz and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.
If any products are wrong or faulty we will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (unless you have acquired the products for the purposes of a business in which case the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act and sections 9, 12A and 13 of the Fair Trading Act are excluded).
We will replace wrong or faulty products (subject to availability) at no additional cost to you or refund the price paid by you (including shipping costs paid to us) which will be credited against your original method of payment subject to you returning the wrong or faulty products to us at your expense in original condition. Please note that any evidence of misuse or product tampering may prevent us from accepting return of the products.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns because you have changed your mind about your purchase.
For wrong or faulty products, please call Pharmaco Emergency Care in the first instance on 0508 414 564. If then you are returning wrong or faulty products, please return them to Pharmaco Medical + Emergency Returns, Pharmaco (NZ) Limited, 4 Fisher Crescent, Mt Wellington, Auckland 1060. Please include with the product return, a Return Goods Approval (RGA) form (if applicable; which will be sent to you), explaining why you are returning the products, and enclose the receipt together with your name and contact details.
We also can take no responsibility for returns lost in delivery.
We will notify you when a replacement product has been sent to you.
