A UV torch to allow the user to illuminate the Glo Germ lotion/gel and/or powder on the hands to demonstrate food safety techniques.
The greater the illumination the worse the hand washing, surface cleaning or cross contamination is.
A 21 LED torch with a push button on/off switch and supplied with 3 x AAA batteries.
Can be used in either a darkened room or a normal lit room.
