Designed to quickly start and secure an IV line in the most difficult conditions.

This '2-in-1' device acts as a constricting band (tourniquet) until vascular access is achieved. Once vascular access is obtained the Raptor secures the IV tubing to the patient without tape. Works well when securing IV tubing to wet skin.
